About Me.

Hi, my name is Henna and I am a counsellor with a Level 5 equivalent in Advanced Diploma in Counselling Practice. I am currently in the process of becoming an Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Acc.).

I have experience working with addiction to drugs and alcohol.

I am an Integrative Counsellor, meaning I draw from various psychotherapeutic approaches and tailor to your specific needs.

Approaches include, but not limited to person-centred and psychodynamic. 

A typical first session could look like explaining the contract and conducting a short assessment so we can make the most out of our sessions together. The first session would also include me listening to your presenting issues and why you felt the need to come to therapy. This could lead to creating goals we can work towards to enable change and empowerment. This information will enable me to help you better.
